We're here to make your support experience simple and efficient. Our Service Desk uses a ticketing system to ensure every request is tracked and resolved promptly.

We are rolling out the AmSpec Service Desk starting with the following support teams:

  • LATAM IT Support

More departments coming soon. We are actively expanding support to additional teams across AmSpec.

  • Track Your Requests: Each support ticket is assigned a unique number, allowing you to monitor progress and view responses online.
  • Access Your History: We maintain a complete archive of all your past support requests.
  • Quick & Easy Submission: A valid AmSpec email address is required to submit a ticket.
